Melex was established in 1971 and over the companies 35 year history they have been the industry leader in Electric Utility vehicles throughout Europe. Our vehicles are undoubtedly the strongest of there kind in the world. While clearly the world leader in strength we also combine with state of the art technology being at the cutting edge with Sepex Regeneration System (regaining of energy to batteries when vehicle is driven downhill or stops by releasing the accelerator pedal), with Curtis controllers and electronics.

Our Golf vehicle which is born from a utility vehicle shows all the qualities of our utilities in strength and electrics. Our model 627 golf vehicle is minimum 3 times stronger which makes it a favourite of golf courses for their hire vehicles, also with decerning clients who want a quality ride whilst maintaining safety and durability.

Our main philosophy is to keep our customers satisfied with great product and outstanding service, hence our mission is to deliver vehicles that are environmentally friendly, ecological while safe and comfortable.

With this in mind Melex Australia has chosen to be a member of the Eco Tourism Association of Australia, and are currently undertaking to become the first Eco Certified vehicle in the history of the Association, this speaks volumes for our commitment to the environment not just here in Australia but Worldwide.

We are proud to have developed such a wide and varied vehicle portfolio that can be set into four categories, Cargo, Passenger, Golf and Specialist vehicles. While being a large manufacturer we pride ourselves on being able to customise at factory level any of our vehicles to suit our individual customer needs. This means everything on our vehicles carries a factory warranty without the need for costly aftermarket changes.
